Hey Dan, thanks for bringing this to our attention. The official address of Pine Street Flats is now listed, but that address doesn’t currently reflect the actual location. We submitted a change to Google Maps. The location is at approximately 520 11th Avenue South, Nashville, TN 37203, right next to the Icon and across the street (Pine St) from Velocity. You can see a better map here.

Thanks. Im excited to see the floorplans. One more question… how soon will they have an actual model to visit…by fall?

I had planned to move into the Velocity next January, but since these are more affordable, if they are going to be just as nice (and include a pool, which velocity does not), then I just might consider Pine Street Flats first.

Thanks for the info. I can’t seem to find answers anywhere else, so I really do appreciate your time.

Hi Kelly, we haven’t received responses from the parties involved with Pine Street Lofts. All we really know at this point is that they are expecting construction to be completed by Winter 2012.

Have you checked out Eleven North? They are also more affordable and have a pool – http://gulchguru.com/1634/eleven-north-in-the-gulch/#anchor. Also, the entire building will be completed by September 2012 and they already have a model you can look at! Just so you know.

We will keep you informed if we hear from Pine Street Lofts!
